• Before we know your local area, you will see products from randomly selected areas. These products may not be available in your area or the prices may be different. Also, the availability of fitters and the prices for installation may be different.

After we know your local area ...

• After we know your local area, you will see only products which are available in your postcode district.
• All prices include delivery to your home and all installation prices are valid in your area.

• On every product page there is a separate DELIVERY heading with the current delivery period for that particular product. Additional details and specific delivery information is also included.
• The current delivery lead times are also displayed on our product listings pages.
• This delivery information is especially easy to update and we are careful to ensure that our advice is as accurate as possible.
• Many of our products are individually made to order and delivered much later than our stock products.
• Many popular stock products are available immediately from stock with next day delivery.

Please note that while the vast majority of deliveries are completed within the scheduled timescales these are estimates and a brief delay is occasionally possible. This advice applies to express deliveries, next day deliveries and made to order products. In such cases we can only apologise and ask for your patience.

• Next day delivery is within 3-5 days in northern Scotland and offshore islands.
