This powerful motion activated solar light illuminates even the darkest areas with its 38 LEDs, offering up to 500 lumens. Any movement within a 5m (16'5") detection range is detected. It is completely self-contained with no separate solar panel. With only two screws to be fixed in place, it's quick and easy to install.
This light is fully automatic and will illuminate for 15 seconds each time it detects motion making it ideal for lighting doorways, entrances and pathways. The fully weatherproof design with an IP64 rating ensures durability to the elements. Even though it is designed to be fully automatic, should you wish to you can turn it off completely using the power button on the front of the unit.
Running time depends on the exposure of the panel to the sun and it varies with the seasons. Longer summer days provide the best charge. Sunny weather provides more charge than cloudy weather. For maximum running time the unit should be positioned in full sunlight away from cover or shade.
