Dear Mr (NAME)

I refer to my previous letter dated 1st June

My son and a friend have now had time to erect the summerhouse and I can report that there were no deficiencies on delivery, and the only damage was the trivial item already reported, namely the bent striker plate. I was able to straighten this out so I will not be asking for a replacement.

I have fitted out the summerhouse with some old carpet tiles and moved in a small garden table and some garden chairs. I am really pleased with the result, because not only does it look good and set off the rest of the garden, but it is very pleasant to sit in or around. You therefore have a happy customer.
